Dear Sister Angela,
So Glad to talk to you again and knowing the Convent is functioning well again with six new nuns from the Philippine. You already heard the sad, sad news about Stanley. He is my and Lorraine’s favorite nephew. Our hearts are broken. I wrote to Lauri, his younger sister that he needed a liver transplant as soon as he could recover well enough to travel. Unfortunately Stanley did not make it.However, we last saw him at Arnold’s wedding. He was happy and look so healthy, handsome and dappanaire. This will be my fond memory of Stanley. Wishing you and all the sisters a Happy and Healthy Chinese New Year!
